For ongoing work for 2 months + operating off a monthly fixed fee/specific SOW typically makes the most sense.
For projects that are month by month, I operate off an hourly rate starting at $125/Hour.
For projects one-off projects that don't have a specific timeline, putting forth a one-time project fee is also an option.
